Posted 2 years ago - WOW!! I will say this, my husbands brothers girlfriend is in the same situation, she has f***d a few of his cousins and one of his brothers. He does not know but everyone else does and it is just a matter of time, so i would say you better let him know, it's nothing like being made a fool of. If he already knows then you shouldn't sress it.
