If you ask him about make sure its in the most gentle and nonjudgemental way so that you can get the answers that you need. If he's looking at this sort of thing he it could either just be a fetish. Or he could be bisexual/bicurious. Questions for you: Does he have an obsession with anal sex, anal play, or anal porn. Does he like to be penetrated in the anus? Has he ever had any male/male contact in his past? The only reason that I say that you may be concerned is because if he hasn't been open about this with you he could be hiding the fact that he likes trannies or that he has been with trannies. And I must say that base on my research the rate of HIV/AIDS in the tranny population is substantially higher than most populations and if he's had any contact non protected then you most definately need to get yourself tested.
